First of all, you need to enable virtualization in you BIOS. It will be usefull if you want to use Docker or any virtual environment, as WSL.
In my case, I have a MSI motherboard, so I enabled the virtualization in:
Overclock > CPU Features > SVM Mode [Enable]

Note from January/2026:
For some reason, I keep losing this BIOS configuration whenever I turn off the computer. So, since this future me already have WSL installed, when I run "wsl.exe -d Ubuntu-24.04" , I get an error saying that the service has not been started.
To solve this, I close the Windows Terminal, execute it again but in admnistrator mode, and I type:
sc.exe config wslservice start=auto
It will print "[SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS". Now I can run WSL normally.
